Movie Screenplay in the Update Log

Hi - I looked at the update log on the main site page...I saw this---
"Added an unfilmed Magnum P.I. movie screenplay - Who Killed Robin Masters? by Rev. Dr. David R. Brock."
What's the backstory on this?? I clicked the link and downloaded the file and
somebody obviously put a lot of work into this.
Just wondering what the deal on this was - it doesn't seem to be mentioned
anywhere else....
