It has got to be "A Christmas Story"; by far the best ever made.

James, I love all of the cartoon/puppet Christmas shows as well and have them on DVD. The Grinch is another good one.

My top of the list will always be
A Christmas Story
I also love
Polar Express
But, you have to see that one in I-Max 3-D to truly appreciate the absolutely awe inspiring effects of the Movie........My wife, son and I saw it on Christams Eve when it came out in the I-max/3D format and it is a Movie experience I will never forget......

A Christmas Carol has to be my favorite out of all the classics. I try to catch that one every year.
Some of the Christmas comedies are worth watching at least once or twice, like Elf or Jingle all the Way. (Arnold: Put those cookies down!")
Good call on Christmas Vacation!

I love the book and the actual story of
Polar Express, but I didn't care for the movie. Dunno why, but the animation just looked creepy to me. It's probably just me...

I'll add Elf and The Grinch. Both are favorites in our house.

A Christmas Story has lost it's luster for me, due to my family watching it too much, often when I'd rather watch something else.
Although I only liked A Christmas Story, they did the same thing to my favorite pizza place. Every Friday they'd get the same pizza, and I'd often prefer pizza from another place - that went on for years, with me getting more a more tired of it. Then I got them to try out a new place, and eventually they started getting
that pizza every week! Needless to say I soon grew tired of that pizza, and started to yearn for pizza from the first place which I hadn't had for a long time. But they wouldn't get that because they now liked the new pizza!

Family! You can't really live with them and you can't really live without them.
Anywho, my favorite Christmas movie is Mickey's Christmas Carol. It's only 24 minutes long but those 24 minutes are filled with 100-proof awesomeness.
You'll have to copy and paste to get to the wiki page since it doesn't work in code.

Another favorite is
Scrooged.
And another is
The Blue Carbuncle Sherlock Holmes episode with Jeremy Brett.
I'm sure there's more...

Def. The Grinch, to be honest it`s the only Jim Carrey movie I like and Die Hard, not to forget Lethal Weapon I.

When I said "I'm sure there's more" I must have been thinking about Christmas Vacation. Or not thinking rather, can't believe I forgot that, thanks Doc.

Man, I don't think I've ever seen Christmas Vacation! I can't believe it. I LOVED the first Vacation, too.
