How many episodes per week?

Looking at the wealth of knowledge of the Magnum Maniacs, I was wondering how often we watch episodes of MPI. I'm a 5 to 6 episodes a week person myself. It's a reward at the end of the day. How about everyone else?

Tough call. I go on binges. There are times I watch 6 - 10 episodes on a crappy weekend in the winter. Sometimes I don't watch an episode for months. More often than not I'll catch one on TV or put on early on a weekend morning every other weekend.
I probably wind up averaging an eposide a week. I'm sure that will spike now that I've found this site and am sucked back in again!
What I'm proud of is I've made my wife a Magnum fan. I think she thought it was a "cute" show on the surface but didn't appreciate the subtext of friendship, loyalty and honor threaded throughout which holds everything together. I find her often chuckiling at things when I step out of the room, and leaving the show on, as opposed to changing the station.
I did the same thing to her with Scrubs as well!

I have Magnum set up on Tivo so I catch it at least five times a week. If I don't have anything going on I'll throw in a DVD and watch more.

On average, from like 7-10, sometimes more, depending on what I'm doing

Wow, I feel like such a slacker! I only own seasons two and seven. (Two I bought for myself, and seven was given to me as a gift.) I don't know why I don't own all the seasons...

You're not alone, I'm not finished collecting either. It gives me something out there I can look forward to getting!

I DO trust you Doc, and I'd be thrilled to have all 8, but I've been dropping hints to my friends and relatives that I want them and no one has listened!! Maybe for my birthday, someone will come through with at least season 1 and season 3!

Especially if you get them through Amazon, I think you save like 5 bucks or something!

It's still on TV here in Chicago Monday thru Saturday on a retro station we have. The nice thing about it is they pretty much go in order of the original airings maybe just skipping around an episode or two but definitely staying in the correct season. Right now as I am typing this, "Transitions" is coming on........Oh how I love the Luther H. Gillis episodes!

^me too....love them.
I have almost all the episodes on tape 150+ and I've seen every episode numerous times over the past 20 years so I usually will go in binges as well and watch some every once in awhile. Since the weather is crap over here in the Pacific north-west this weekend I think I will get in some episodes.

I seem to be buying a new season every week and a half....it started when Season 6 was on sale at Walmart (they only had 6 & 7) I hadn't seen any episodes since they were on A&E a few years back. Right now watching season 3. I just need 4 and 5 to complete my collection!
I watch an average of 9 to 12 eps a week, although in the 80's it was at least 11 episodes a week.....I'm slipping with old age.
