Magnum Mania!

Since my predictions for the last couple seasons on:
- The White SUV
- Evil Dr Ethan
panned out "so well", here is my prediction to start out Season 5 (writers - are you listening?).

Did you notice how surreal the background colors were on the closing scene with Magnum and Higgins getting all kissy-faced?
Well - let's say that this scene was really a dream or thought sequence. It didn't really happen, it is just what one (or both) of them are "thinking".
Magnums old lawyer girlfriend showing up would put a good hiccup in this storyline.

Lots of storyline to resolve:
- Kasamoto: does he become a third partner in the PI firm?
- Rick, Susie, baby....
- TC and foster son
- Kumoo: a little senior citizen love triangle could be interesting
- Jin: maybe 3 appearances in 10 episodes; Shammie similar
- Didn't they have a Luther character that imitated Magnum?
- Oh, and more yoga scenes with Higgins

Glad it was picked up...hopefully the reboot of the reboot will dispense of the Magnum-Higgins romance. I much prefer the antagonism between the two.

A little info on the NBC pick up and info on how well the show did .

“ Viewers of this “Magnum” weren’t just revved up about the cancellation, they also showed up beforehand. With an average of 7.338 million viewers per episode, according to Nielsen, “Magnum P.I.” ranked 30th out of 151 Big 4 broadcast shows over the recently-wrapped September-to-May season — and eight of the series ahead of it were NFL football. It outperformed notable broadcast shows “American Idol,” “NCIS: Los Angeles,” and “The Good Doctor.”
