...we will finally see who the REAL Robin Masters was all along at the credits.

That’s fantastic . It would be great if they could pull that off it would be a great way to end the show for old fans and new . I guess in about 7 to 10 years or more we will find out .

I still wonder if they plan to introduce the is Magnum really RM into the story line. We haven't seen Robin yet, and I could see the new Higgins wondering how Magnum got the connection he did. I doubt this will happen though since they already have introduce several wrinkles to make that not feasible, like Higgins already having met Robin long before Magnum.

I really think it could have worked and thought they were angling towards it. Magnum is the "inspiration" for the White Knight series. Magnum gets to live a charmed life in the 808 while everyone else does the real work in life and gets to have adventures-like living life as Superman while someone else does the Clark Kent work for you

Sadly, a clever MI6 agent would have figured this out before I could type it out. That and Juliet knew Robin long before Magnum arrived (previously in life before HI). Would have made for a nice twist though

Having Selleck at a typewriter at the very end would be icing on the cake

If there was ever a time I hoped Lenkov was paying attention to the MM forums, this is it. And it's not too late to take the story in the direction you've got. The "Robin" that Juliette met was a stand-in hired by Magnum, and we'll just assume he's covered his tracks well enough that Juliette hasn't figured it out. (Her online connections seem to be limitless, but hey, it's a TV show... we can pretend.)

And yes, Selleck at the typewriter at the end would be the perfect ending. And of course he needs to break the 4th wall, and then the show ends on that frame (like the way the original series always had a nice final frame ending).
