Does anyone know how to set the time stamp?

My profile page displays GMT.When I set it to the correct setting and submit,it returns to the profile page and tells me to fill in the required fields.

??? The only RF is password and only if I wish to change it.

ANY change to the profile requires you to enter your password 3 times (you dont have to change it - you can simply enter your existing password 3 times if you want). I don't know why the forum software is setup like this, and I can't seem to be able to change it.
