Magnum Mania!

I am a fan of April Winchell (Paul Winchell the ventrilolquist's daughter.) She does cartoon voices and has had a radio show or two here in Los Angeles. With this post on her website, she talks about being at Disney doing Clarabelle the Cow voice in some kind of cartoon. If you scroll down she talks about our hero and actually posted a picture of him next to her car! Woohoo! I haven't sighted him recently but TS is or was in Halifax, Nova Scotia filming Jesse Stone: Thin Ice. He might as well move to Canada, TS has done 9 films in Canada in the last 7 years.

Interesting side note here (to me anyway) I heard TS on a radio show a year or two ago mention that he has not been back to Hawaii since Magnum ended. He joked that he didn't know why, and that he could go any time he wanted to, he just hasn't done so.

The thing I found suprising from his statement on the radio show was that he still owned property on Oahu. Seemed to me that if he owned property there, he'd surely have gone there at least once in 18 or 19 years. Who knows what he meant by the statement?

I was at Disney World in Orlando in 1996 and a Disney employee told us that Selleck and his family were staying in a secret, very exclusive and expensive suite at one of the resorts inside the park. That's all I could find out and we never saw him, of course.

That's not much but its all I've got...

In the last link on Sam's post, it's too bad the author of the article couldn't get the name of Tom's brother right...it's DAN not DON!
