That Thomas chap on Pbase has some great photos. I always look forward to what new ones he might have up from his next visit to the Estate.
Well I thought I would make a fictional modern day wallpaper(in a corporate travel type advertisement style) of the King Kamehameha Club if it was at the Kahala Hotel(former Hilton), which of course was one of the locations of the Club on the show. I designed everything, which is really only text, and I updated the KKC logo. If you want to save the photo then when you get to the link below, click on the image and then when it pops up select 'view raw image'. Right click and save.

My desktop wallpaper. Coming back from my mom's funeral my wife snapped that pic. I then took the camera and snapped this pic:

Must confess to using the family, on vacation, in Chicago, last winter as my wallpaper. Chicago in December must be as far from Hawaii as is possible. Both in spirit and climate!
No, it doesn't seem like a vacation, but we are all from California; where there are loads of beaches but no snow to speak of.

LOL, I know the feeling. My whole life I've been in Texas. My first winter in the Navy was in North Chicago at Great Lakes. Now that was COLD!!!

I have this tiled on my desktop background at work.

Haven't had time to add season 8. I think the season 7 cover is my favorite picture. Shame I usually have 100 things opened, and don't see it. Kind of like the buried treasure of Kalaniopu'u.

Thanks! I think I will do a few more of them but with other photos, as well as I'm working on some more traditional MPI themes.
