Know if there are any scenes where Magnum (or the guys) are toasting?



Think it would make a cute gif.

I can remember several just off the top of my head.....TM and JQH in the first season might even have been the pilot...but don't recall that...when TM and JQH are at the bottom of the stairs in the guesthouse....I believe this is the first time Higgins tells Thomas not to ruin his whiskey with ice....he's not a "bloody American" "First toast is always to the regiment" ~ JQH

I think in "Forty" the guys all toast at the table.

In "Memories" are forever....the flashback scene to Nam...after TM and Michelle get married and Rick makes the last toast where he announces "and this one'll kill ya'!" then the bombs start falling.

Like I said, that's just off the top of my head. Don't go away, I'm sure there will be others along any minute to expound on the repertoire!

If you listen to that scene closely, you can hear Selleck drop an ice cube as he’s fills the glass. It sounds as though it hit the floor.

Found another one toward the end of "The Jororo Kill" when TM toasts with Kate "To scoops and front page bylines" they drink the wine and she makes a screwed up face, then TM remembers the wine party JQH is holding and asks Kate if she would like to sample a $5,000 bottle of wine.....then TC and Rick unknowingly release the tear gas on Higgins and his guests, trying to turn up the volume on the intercom! At any rate, it IS a "toast".
