Magnum injuries

I was rewatching some Season 3 episodes last night and remembered once seeing an episode in which Magnum is knocked out and falls (off a dock?)into the water and either Rick or TC jumps in to save him and has to dive twice before they bring him up to the surface. I've tried to access the Magnum injuries chart but the link seems to be broken. If anyone can tell me which episode it was, or how to access the injuries chart, I'd be grateful. Thanks!
