Getting married in Robin's Nest

Probably going to get married in Hawaii next year. I was just surfing around one of the many websites dedicated to organising ceremonies on Oahu and after clicking on the link for "locations we have experience with" I saw a certain Eve Anderson estate.
The idea is in the head now which means it's just a matter of convincing the other half. Shouldn't be too difficult.
Should I go for the same layout as Rick or would that just be a final sign of madness?

Awesome idea, getting married at Robins Nest!
I'm not entirely sure if you want to use the same set up as Rick, you might jinx the wedding :D

She agreed with no fuss so if it's available that's where we'll be. Photos will indeed be posted.

I take it the price is "reasonable" -- or else that money is no object?

Looking forward to those photos! (The usual wedding pictures will be nice, but you do realize that what we're really hoping for is shots of all the familiar angles from the show?)

Congrats Tanaka!

As a joke, when you get up there to say your "I Do", you should just say "I..." and freeze (roll end credits). ;)

When my niece got married, the groom had secretly made special arrangements ahead of time. When the minister asked him "Do you take this woman," he thoughtfully rubbed his chin and scratched his head while the PA system played the "Final Jeopardy" music.

After a long pause, he finally said, "I do."

Then the minister asked my niece, "Do you still take this man .... ?"

Fortunately for him, she did!

(Moral of story: before you plan any stunts for your wedding, be awfully certain that your spouse-to-be shares your sense of humor.)

I just got married on May 3rd, 2011 at the Elks Lodge (First King Kamehameha Club) and I wish I'd known that Robin's Nest was available!! Ah well, congrats on the wedding!

I used a wedding planner for mine, since I'm on the east coast, and if anyone wants her info, she got my the place for next to nothing.. Couple hundred dollars.
