Magnum P.I. on Back to the Future II

Yesterday I was watching the second chapter of the BTTF Trilogy and at almost at the end of the credits it says "Magnum P.I. extracts © Universal" or something like that.
I don't remember any MPI reference in that movie.
Does some of you guys know more about this?

Funny. I'm not very familiar with the sequel - doesn't hold a candle to the original. It's probably an unnoticeable tv in the background in a scene. Likely just done to avoid a lawsuit. But I haven't seen the movie in years, so I could easily be wrong.

If you want to watch it again, check Cafe 80's and pause periodically. It may either be something on screen or a prominent piece of memorabelia.

I think this is the one I like most.
The first one is a "classic", absolutely enjoyable. It sets the theme, the ideas are in there.
But the second one, with its twists and perfectly elaborated plot, and seen-from-another-point-of-view scenes from the first is a true fun to watch!
As for lawsuits, it seems unlikely to me, since BTTF movies are from Universal too.
Next time I see this movie I got to pay more attention to the background stuff!

Ah yes, a classic trilogy. Michael J Fox is actually my full name when translated from Italian! And he's from Vancouver!
I'll have to check that out in the credits.

Haha, very close Magnum T, you almost have it. But, we'll leave it at that
Speaking of the movie, here are too hilarious things I'd like to share.
The Biff Song - Thomas F Wilson's stand up song about people still bothering him about his "Biff" Character
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwY5o2fsG7Y
Theme Song Parody - A take on the theme song of the movie. Very well done I must say. This guy has done this with other movies.

He should do a Magnum song!!

'Back to the Future' is probably my all-time favourite movie. I can actually compare it to MPI as in there's something for everyone - comedy, drama, romance, action... it's all there.
The first one is the classic, but personally I was a little disappointed with the second one. There was just
too much going on, and it was too complicated for it's own good. I guess it's hard to get nostalgic about the future!
The third one is better though, and wraps the series up nicely.
Anyway, I don't recall seeing MPI in Part II - maybe it ended up on the cutting room floor.

Check out when Marty's son gets home in 2015 and watches the TV, I think it's likely to be on one of the many channels on the screen?

I didn't see anything at that scene.
I think it can be seen at the Cafe 80's scene. There are 12 TV's in there playing shows. However, the screens are so small I can't see them. Can anybody else make them out??? It must be there.
