My favorite episode. Higgins, TC, Rick have different versions of the truth and so it's a really entertaining Rashomon-like episode.

(especially when Higgins explained he thought the gangster with the gorilla's mask was Magnum ... because every Magnum fans know he's got at home an old gorilla mask from his grandfather)

This one was just great, I love the way Rick TC and Higgins all had different versions, and that they all bigged themselves up as the Hero in each!!
Higgins Kung Fu kicks and moves make me laugh so much :D

Poor TM never gets to see the Tigers Win

I can't believe I never commented on this episode!

This is one of my favorites too. Keoki is evil, the differing viewpoints, the mystery of the missing clothes - CLASSIC!

I'd love to get a screengrab of the scene where TC is at the bar with Rick and Higgins and Higgins give him the most ridiculos wink when TC mentions he's going back to his dates place for a nightcap.

(TC's recollection, I believe)

But yeah, I always love watching this one.

I really like this episode, too. A nice "change of pace" episode.

Higgins: Keoki, why on earth did you do it??
Keoki: I needed the money.

:?

I watched this last night. What a great episode. I love the magnum head drop, almost off camera when he realizes hes gonna get a different story from each of his friends.

I'm glad you other guys liked it. I was wondering who had what on whom that this episode ever got made.

I know it was their perception of events, but the overacting was tough for me to watch. Also, I thought that the inferences each one made about the others made their tellings uncomfortable. I get that TC feels likes he's more mature or daddies the guys, that Rick is a smooth Bogie-like tough guy or that Higgins' is above it all, but I thought this took it to the extreme and made their relationships more those of aquaintances. Maybe Higgins is to them, but Rick and TC are much closer to each other.

To spoil it (Yes, I'll be "That Guy"), it turns out that Keoki the bartender was in with the thieves and that certin aspects of everyone's story added up to what really happened.

Apparently he had a gambling debt that would have been paid off when the Tigers won their game that night.

To my knowledge, Keoki was the last of the "buddy bartenders", and thats about when they started focusing more on the waitresses. i.e. the Rosine and Carmella eras.

By the way, LOVE the name!

Thanks, and I was also quoting TM as he never found out what happened in the end after Keoki was arrested and Rick said there was more to the story :)

Check this out... Joy is apparently a fan of Judas Priest! She has a Judas Priest songbook with her (along with a "Feelings" songbook). LOL!

That would have been great if she had ripped through a piano version of "Living After Midnight" or "Breaking the Law"! :)
