The plot is very simple and it gets off to a great start with a snobby woman complaining to Higgins that Magnum is staring at her while at Rick's club. And what is wrong with Magnum's attire while on the beach? Higgins is out of touch with reality throughout this show.
There's nothing wrong with his attire, she just picked someone out at random to complain about so that she could get Higgins' attention and it happened to be Magnum.

I came here for the Sumo Wrestler and Dwarf but stayed because of Higgins saying "You Look Ravishing My Dear" haha then the look on TCs face had me dying. Actually didn't find this episode half bad even with the fake British accent and transparent story line. One thing I did start to notice from this one is that Magnum had a tendency to borderline assault female characters by grabbing them and kissing them, probably the only character trait of his that was questionable but I guess the 80s were a different time.

Also. The guy who played the "midget or a dwarf" appeared in the background near the vending machines in the hospital waiting room in "Underworld," the one about TC in the coma. Just watched that last night and was surprised to see him.

Oh, he didn't typically do that, it's not his style, which is why this was so odd. Though he was a well-meaning boor in the scene where he tries to "apologize" to Jenny for staring at her. Protip, if you are making a woman uncomfortable by looking at her, don't go pull out a chair and strike up a convo with her, lol. And then get huffy when she tells you in no uncertain terms to go away. Yeah sure, this particular woman was secretly a creep, but in general...

I remember he did it to J. Digger and the Ballerina in "The Sixth Position" although the later could be argued it was mutual lol

This reminds me, when Higgins sits down with Jenny at the KKC bar, TC and Rick start kidding Magnum because he got rejected while Higgins was able to strike up an actual conversation. Magnum replies, "Eh, they're both British. They're probably comparing accents."

If that was an in-joke, it's a good one.

Has anyone noticed such personal details:

There's "Magnum" written on TM's belt (at 29:52):

As well as "Magnum.T." on his shorts (at 33:22):

Have you tried using the Shazam app?

Also, welcome.

Thank you for your answer and your welcome!

Yes, I've tried to SHAZAM but there no result... :(

I like to much this wonderful episode.

I’m sure you can enjoy it from 7 years old to 97 years old and for some different reasons!

It’s a funny episode and at the same time a human one in the background.

Just for the information and curiosity, frequently the dialogue is not exactly the same in French, so it fun to see a different result in the spirit of the story.
Even in the relationship between TM and Higgins.
