POST about Movie on Pbase site

Over at the Pbase site, if you scroll down to the comments that have been posted, someone mentioned that Eve Anderson was postponing some renovation work at the estate because there is talk of a Magnum movie where the run down condition plays into the plot. That is what sparked my idea for the movie. I'm not good at posting links, but has anyone else heard this?
