I hear there's a great Tiki bar in NY where they just love anything "Magnum"......

The author obviously didn't know much about Magnum; he implied Thomas only wore red Hawaiian shirts.

Yea, I kinda thought the same thing, but he did know about the scene from Squeeze Play, and made seemingly informed reference to Higgins.....
