Yeah, rough day for the Raiders. I wasn't expecting a win, but I was hoping for a little magic. It was too big a situation for the kid.

We had a Mustang first, a white one was available. When we went to pick it up, the red Camaro was across the aisle ..... we knew what had to be done.

Having driven the Mustang in the Keys a couple if years ago, I'll say I liked that ride better than the Camaro, but the Camaro was in no way bad ....

And if I were Danno, Mrs. Conch would be driving all the time.

The difference between the 5th gen Camaros and the 6th gen is huge. Everything about the new Camaro is in improvement on the previous one. The one I ordered is a 1SS model as my '14 was a 2SS and I grew tires of the "bling" and other useless things that come with the upscale 2SS models. Plus, by going 1SS and 6-speed with standard suspension (no Magnetic Ride Control) I saved $8,000. I am totally in love with this car.

I have a few cars. My closest to being "Magnum" related is my Porsche 928. As most fans are aware, originally Magnum was going to borrow a 928. But the Porsche was not a good car for in car scenes. I'm a 1970's kid and teen in the 1980's. So I tend too collect cars from those decades.

Interesting, I thought it was that Porsche didn't want to participate in the show.

Anyway, my car is a 2003 VW Jetta 1.8T, silver with black interior. It's no Porsche/Audi/Ferrari, but the turbo makes it lots of fun, especially in ~50º dry weather.

Before production began the producers wanted to use a 928. Porsche wouldn't modify the sunroof, make it larger for filming. So they got the Ferrari instead.

My car is closer to Magnum's than any car here.... Magnum's real car, one he owned rather than borrowed.
