As a rule I never comment on politics in this forum, but! The lesson to be learned here is that by the time "honest" politicians rise to a position of prominence, they are almost always corrupted by the power. I don't care what their party is, they lose their soul at some point after entering the political arena. I'm not saying there aren't any good, honest politicians out there, just that they're few and far between.
