How Many Cut Episodes?

I've only recently started picking up the MPI DVDS and the only missing footage I've noticed so far (and it is detailed at Magnum-Mania already) is from "The Man From Marseilles." The rest of S5 appears complete. So, for this thread's sake, can anyone provide a list of the rest of the "incomplete" or cut episodes on the DVD sets? Nothing aggravates the classic TV fan more than hacked up episodes, though I didn only pay $20.91 for S5...
