Hi Guys,

I know over the years we have all been puzzled by the mystery lady, who lives at the Anderson Estate so I've put a few interesting facts together that are quite interesting. It almost feels like I'm doing one of T.M.'s background checks, but I draw the line at dumpster diving and sifting in the trash.

Anyways, here is what I've found.......

Eve was born in Honolulu, HI abt. 1938 making her 76 or 77 this year (2014).
Her parents were James Wilson Glover, who was born in Franklin, Tennesee and Eva Reed (nee:Grossman), who was born in Honolulu, HI.
She has one older brother named Reed S. Glover, who was also born in Honolulu, HI. Her father was very successful starting his own construction company Jas. W. Glover Ltd...... http://WWW.GloverLtd.com . Have a look at the projects that he was involved in and you will be quite impressed!!
Eve's mother died in 1951 and her father remarried to Barbara Cox Anthony, billionaire heiress to the Cox Communications empire, but in 1957 he died of a heart attack.....I believe he was only 52.

Eve did marry - hence the surname Anderson, but that is still a mystery. I'm guessing that her husband has passed away.
I don't think she has any children, but she does have nieces and nephews.

More coming stay tuned!

In 1940 Eve (age 2yrs. old) lived with her family in Honolulu, HI at the family home - 2630 Pacific Heights Rd.. This would've made Pahonu only 7 yrs. old and still quite new at the time. I know someone had said her grandparents built the place....I think it was Rick Romer, anyways I guess she has known Pahonu all of her life.

More coming!

I hope this picture works......
Eve went to Punahou Academy in Honolulu - Class of 1956.
I believe Barack Obama went there as well.

The construction company was started by her father but I'm not sure of the connection after he died. Her brother Reed is a retired Headmaster of a school in hawaii.

During the 1990's Eve was a Republican politician, who served for many terms. She must've represented the people well. http://archives.starbulletin.com/2000/0 ... l/h51.html

No problem Conch.
I must admit that I had mixed feelings sharing this info as I know she is really private, but the info is out there and it is all positive.
She seems to be a very nice lady, who has served the community in many ways. You can't ask for much more.

It does say that her father's construction company has family members still involved. The company may have been sold, keeping the company name with relatives still employed there or the Glover family still owns it (or part of it) and might be directors etc.....all guesses, but still very interesting. It makes the condition of Pahonu even more puzzling when the family has a construction company or a connection to one.

Here is an interesting article about Eve's father, James (Jimmy) Wilson Glover, who was very successful.

Now this article answers a few questions for us......it appears that Eve and her brother Reed didn't receive a lion's share of their step-mother's $12+ billion fortune. Based on the article they may have received upwards of $1million if they were lucky. So it seems to support why Pahonu is so tired looking.

This great article on Barbara Cox Anthony describes that she loved tennis, maybe that is why Pahonu has one.
It goes onto say that she loved animals and was a very low profile individual (just like Eve). http://www.wsbtv.com/news/news/memorial ... ony/nJZmN/

Here is another good article on Eve's step brother, James Kennedy. He seems very grounded and similar to his mother.
At the end of the article it mentions how his grandfather set up trusts for future generations which explains a little more about why Eve was left out.........basically the family fortune was already spoken for. http://dyanmachan.com/kennedy.html
