"I'm sorry" -- Which episode was it?

There was a terrific episode caricaturing "I'm sorry" and "We are sorry". Could anyone tell me the title of that episode? Many thanks.

Thanks for the response. There is an episode in which Magnum is told like 40 times "I'm sorry" or "we are sorry" in different situations. The episode is clearly caricaturing the cliché "I'm sorry". I'm sorry but I do not remember any more details. I hope you can still help, I would love to find this episode.
I did try to google this but no luck, I cannot remember any specific detail.

I can't help but think it was "Out of Sync", with the return of Dana Delany. Of course, I may be mistaken...
